All information collect by All About Tax Inc LLC in the process of our engagement will be considered and treated as confidential, sensitive, and identifying information regardless of the information's nature or typical use.

      • Your spouse (if filing a joint tax return [the spouse named on the joint tax return])

      • Your IRS form 2848 Power of Attorney and Declared Representative

        • Form 2848 must be in active status according to IRS.

          • Physical presents is required

          • We reserve the right that photo ID be presented before any information is provided

      • Your individual account within our secured data sharing portal.

        • The portal we use is allabouttax.securefile.com/portal

    • The taxing authorities to witch you are able to and are opting to filing a tax return electronically.

      • Federal Taxing Authority (IRS)

      • State Taxing Authorities

        • The appropriate E-file authorization form(s) must be signed by taxpayer and spouse (if filing a joint tax return)

        • Information shared with Taxing Authorities is in accordance to applicable federal or state laws and common practices respectively.

  • Such information is not shared, by us, in any of the following ways:

    • Over the phone (We do not practice or respect verbal verification of identity options)

    • Email (even if encrypted)

    • Text (even if encrypted)

    • Fax (unless appropriately requested by a taxing authority)

    • Or any other intercept-able data sharing avenue.

      • These methods are unsecure leaving both parties open to cyber security risks.

      • There are no exceptions or acceptable alterations to how we will and/or will not share your information.

      • Your information is not shared or sold to any party not involved in our engagement.
